Fees

An invoice will be generated after your application has been approved. A $100 security deposit will be required to secure your time and date, which will be deducted from your total. The deposit must be paid within one (1) week of your approval, and the invoice owed must be paid 7 days before your service.

Costs *

*An AVL technician is required if you choose a vocalist/musician or play music. After our team reviews your submission, we can address further pricing details and concerns in the follow-up call.

No Costs - Service will not be held at a Waters Church location

Use of Sanctuary - $150.00

Audio-Visual Technician - $350.00 This fee is mandatory if using the main sanctuary in any capacity. Pricing is subject to change if the event is longer than three (3) hours.

On-site Coordinator: $200.00 —This is a staff member who will be onsite and responsible for opening and closing the building and assisting on the day of the event. Pricing is subject to change if the event is longer than three (3) hours.

*Musician - Pricing will be determined upon approval and discussion of needs (availability is not guaranteed and subject to change at any time. Pricing determined by musician)

Honorarium

There is no fee for pastoral services. If you feel led to offer an honorarium, it may be given in cash or as a check made payable directly to the officiant. This is entirely optional and left to your discretion.
