An eFam Group Leader is considered part of our Waters Church community. When an eFam Group Leader is selected, they take a training session either online or in-person. Once this has been completed, the eFam leader will be required to lead a group online with an established Small Group Leader watching for 3-4 weeks. After completing this application, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a Background Check and also a link to Training Lesson 1 | 'What Your eFam Group Looks Like." I acknowledge that once the training is over and I start my group, an assigned Coach or current eFam or Small Group Leader will visit my on-line group for as many sessions as needed before I lead it on my own. *

Growth Track is a look at the why behind the what here at Waters Church. Why we tithe, serve and do the things we do. It also introduces you to our leadership.
